經常去六福,居然從沒發現有一道普通,卻非常美味的菜。那天同去的朋友介紹我們吃蕃茄牛肉炒河,侍者好心問我們,要加滑蛋嗎?我們欣然同意。菜端上桌的時候,冒着白煙,香甜撲鼻,己是食慾大振。我們兩位女士,添了一碗又一碗,居然只剩下一點點。


因為發現這個番茄滑蛋牛肉炒粉,下次去六福,就不必光會點酸菜肉絲煎米,或是海鮮炒米麵啦!

I often go to Great Wall Cuisine, but it was never brough to my attention that a common dish can be made into something extraordinary. A friend who went with us that day introduced me to Stir-fried noodles with beef and tomato. Then the waiter kindly asked us, do you want to add silky eggs to your dish? We unanimously agreed. When the dishes were being brought to the table, it was hazy and steamy with a sweet and tangy fragrant. Suddenly, I was hungrier than usual. For us two went bowl after bowl of noodles, there weren’t much left in the end.

Because of the discovery of this Stir-fried noodles with beef, tomato and silky eggs, next time I go to Great Wall Cuisine, I don't have to order pickled cabbage and minced pork noodles or seafood fried rice noodles!
