在鳳凰城的小夥伴們，想吃港式燒臘又多一個選擇啦！在Glendale區新開了一家名為明珠樓（New Ming Gee）的粵式中餐館。
不是我吹牛，他們家的燒鴨可以說是亞省數一數二的好吃，師傅醃製的很入味，肉嫩多汁，不會太油膩，又有香味，價格公道，用料足料。除了燒鴨外，燒肉也是非常值得推薦，皮很香脆，肉質細緻油花分佈均勻，色香味俱全，非常好吃。燒臘類還有燒排骨，蜜汁叉燒，琵琶鴨，燒乳豬等。
除了燒臘出色外，還有鹵水類，鹵水大腸，鹵水鴨翅，鹵水乳鴿等也是一吃難忘，也是非常入味，口感剛剛好，極力推薦。
因為食材都是每天現做現賣，所以大家去之前最好提早一天打電話預定。老闆說暫時只做外賣，遲些會考慮開堂食，將會有更多中餐菜式選擇，大家敬請期待吧！
