【今天吃什麼？】
平日裏每周起碼三次去茶樓嘆奌心的，現在適逢居家令，真是無可奈何之至。
但嘴饞如我，怎能忘記品茶嘆點心之樂趣呢？好，不能夠開門營業是吧？我自己上門買外賣。於是那天趁著出外購物之便，繞一點路去鳳城酒家買點心㚈賣。
兩個人嘛很簡單，我們要了兩客糯米雞，一客咸水角，一客焗叉燒歺包和一客雞尾包。本來還想要一些蒸排骨蝦餃什麼的，但因為要等十分鈡而放棄了。
等我們到了家擺好碗筷，享受着新鮮溫熱的糯米雞，我忍不住讃嘆：嘩，糯米雞好鮮，一定是剛剛蒸好的！誰知道卻惹來白眼：那你剛才為什麼不等蒸排骨？朋友説。
我們不可以過兩天去六福買蒸的點心嗎？我嘴巴不肯饒人，心裏想起久違了六福大大隻，又冒著白煙的燒賣，口水都要流出來了呀。（作者：馮小茹）
鳳城 Phoenix Palace
Normally, I go to the restaurant to enjoy dim-sum at least three times a week. But with the epidemic, all hope seemed to be lost.
However, if you are taste bud hungry like me, how can you forget the fun of sipping on a cup of tea while enjoying dim-sum? Well I thought to myself, fine, if I can’t dine in, I’ll come and order take-out. Took advantage of going shopping that day, I decided to take a little detour to Phoenix Palace Restaurant to get some dim-sum.
It was fairly simple for two people. We ordered two orders of glutinous rice with chicken, one order of deep-fried meat dumpling, an order of barbeque pork bun and some cocktail buns. I originally wanted some steamed pork ribs and shrimp dumplings too, but I gave up on that idea because I didn’t feel like waiting for an extra ten minutes.
When we arrived home, we quickly set up the table and enjoyed the fresh and warm glutinous rice with chicken. I couldn't help but cheered “Wow, the glutinous rice chicken is so fresh, it must be freshly steamed!” By then my friend rolled his eyes and said “then why didn’t you wait for the pork ribs?”
Can we go to Great Wall Cuisine to get some steamed dim-sum next? My taste buds had been longing for Great Wall Cuisine ‘s big and steamy shumai, just the thought of it almost made me drool.
