【今天吃什麼】
去Sizzle吃燒烤，每次除了點肉，一定不會忘記要一客韓式海鮮煎餅。
這道煎餅，這兩年來，己成為我的至愛之一。我喜歡他們的餅身夠厚，這樣才會有外皮香脆而內裏軟厚的効果。我比較不愛單單薄而脆的煎餅，口感太單調。
還有這天除了主菜豬牛肉，配菜也不錯。套餐附送的蒸蛋和豆腐湯都好。尤其是湯，被我一人喝個碗底朝天，我朋友還笑我本末倒置呢。哈哈哈！（馮小茹）
Korean pancakes (Buchimgae) had become one of my favorite dishes in the past several years. I specifically like the thickness of them, because this is the only way you can get the crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside. I don’t care for the regular pancakes where they are thin and crispy, it just feels boring in texture.
Dining in Sizzle today, I don’t have to mention the deliciousness of the main staple dishes with beef and pork, instead the side dishes were noteworthy. The meal deal came with the sides of steamed egg and tofu soup. The soup was out of this world! I literally scraped to the bottom of the bowl right side up and upside down, my friend couldn’t help but laugh out loud in the restaurant.
